展望2004

1996年3月,北京师范大学安宝生教授在《教育研究》上一篇文章“中国教育如何面对世界范围的社会信息化浪潮”引起了我的高度关注,联系到教育技术的新发展,我在《课程教材教法》杂志上发表了“现代教育技术对基础教育课程改革的影响”,展望了信息化教育的未来发展。七年多时间过去了,教育信息化成了中国教育改革的一大主旋律。今天,许多新词汇已经为广大教师耳熟能详。

在新的一年,教育信息化有哪些发展趋势将改变我们的工作策略和思路?
目前可以看到,在新的一年,人们更趋成熟和理性,思考、规范、科学将成为高频词汇,因此,可以预测,广大中小学教师进行教育叙事研究和适合人们进行反思、在线记录叙事报告的Blog媒体将成为新的热点。

我对博客也很看好,但在新的一年中博客还有待推广。因为就我所知道的:就是在上海市这样的东部发达地区,很多老师还没有听说过博客这个“新”名词。更别说用它了,我们学校现在有近10位教师在用博客,占总教师队伍的10%左右。其它学校我想这个数字还要低(除了个别学校,象江海小学)

确实,在新的一年里我们需要更多的思考,我觉得首先应该改变的是教育部门领导和学校领导的观念。记得前几天参加上海高校教育技术2003年年会时,梅家驹先生在讲话中说,“领导都说对教育技术很重视,但我想问一下,你们为了教育技术开了几次会?研究了哪些问题?有什么结论?采取了哪些措施?投入了多少资金?绝大多数领导都答不上来。”我想这也是需要我们考虑的因素之一吧。作为教育技术战线上的一员,我当然希望教育技术的明天会更好!
