Participants:Target group:Maximum 200 attendees –Moodle-users and other stakeholders in e+learning
Description: This is a moot primarily for Nordic (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic) developers, project leaders, advanced Moodle-users,e.g. system administrators experienced educators and researchers withinthe field of e+learning.
Purpose: We want to offer a broad and content-rich presentation of Moodle as an effective/efficient pedagogical tool for e+learning. We also want to pay attention to what is required in order to implement the system seriously, in long term and with success in a greater context.
This should be interesting to anyone having with e+learning to do.Registration: till February 7, 2008 (will be prolonged if there are vacant seats)

The University of Education Heidelberg, MoodleSchule e.V. and Dialoge Beratungsgesellschaft are happy to invite you to come to Heidelberg to the third German Moodle conference for an exchange of ideas about anything and everything concerning Moodle: current development,teaching with Moodle, and Moodle’s latest technolog.
The open-source-learning management System Moodle is used by most of the German universities, by many schools, in public administration and private business.
The founder of Moodle, Martin Dougiamas. will be coming from come from Perth, .Australia. to Germany to attend the conference and to give a keynote speech about the latest technological and pedagocial developments of Moodle.
We are happy to offer you a diversified range of presentations, both national and international:.2 keynotes, 8 introductory speeches, 60 short presentations and 21 workshops.
There will be presentations for participants coming from schools, universities and industry,for technical staff and teachers, whether beginner or advanced user.
The presentations and accounts of individual experience cover a large variety of topics: foreign language teaching, legal training, knowledge management within business.The didactical use of individual tools will be covered as well as more complex learning scenarios in cross-cultural projects. In spite of the busy schedule there will be enough time for discussion and practice of newly gained skills in workshops.

The conference fee includes 2 lunches as well as beverages during the breaks. Accommodation and travel expenses will not be covered.
